The story entering Aura.
Frank was born in Sandy Shores, right in the heart of Blaine County. Even in his early childhood, Frank was always finding himself in trouble and on the wrong side of the fence. Sandy Shores was very different in Frank's early childhood. Drugs ran rampant, crime was steady income, and the Sheriff's Office more often than not looked the other way on dealings done after sunset. It was just the way of things.
In his early teen years, Frank ended up brining his younger brother, David, along on his antics. The two quickly made a team that was reliable, quick, and always took care of the task. As the two got better, and more experienced, they began running against those who had put so much on their table. Frank had been running for the Lost MC for years at this point. He had a great reputation for dropping. If you had a package, and needed it ensured, then the Dutton boy was who you asked. As Frank began to bring David along, the two realized just how much they were missing out on. Why were they doing all the hard work, while the Lost made the bucks? That's when Frank and David started their first hustle.
Frank would make the drop, then David would sweep in and pick it up later. Frank made the cash, David got the drugs...and they could easily re-sell for double the profit. The problem became, that when the Lost's product was hitting the streets without the Lost pushing it... Eventually, Frank and David found themselves on the raw end of their own bad deal.
Frank would spin a tale that changed the landscape of Blaine County. He told the Lost that it was the O'Neil family who had conned them in to doing the dead drops, and taking back the product. One thing lead to another, and it was like a civil war erupted over Blaine County. To add fuel to the fire, David thought it entertaining to tell the Sheriff's Office about it all.
As Frank and David separated themselves from the Lost, they started getting bold in their own doings. Now they were no longer just pushing drugs, but robbing stores too. 24/7, a register or two at the LTD.. They even held up Horny's in the dead of night a few times. They were on top of the world. Two brothers, with an unstoppable knack for luck.
Luck eventually ran out. In a botched bank robbery of Paleto Bay Savings, Frank quickly found himself the sole-survivor of a brutal shootout. Someone had tipped off Blaine County about the job. Before the vault even opened, David and Frank found themselves down range of the full force of Blaine County's Sheriff Department. The two managed to get out, to run in to the Great Chiliad Forest, but David had been shot. After watching his own younger brother die in his arms, Frank was wrought with grief, and had a thirst for revenge. He knew who sold them out.
Hours later, Frank sat on cold concrete, watching the embers of the fire as they rose towards the night sky. He reflected on all the choices that had lead up to this point in his life, and the sobering fact that now he was about to walk the rest of his days alone. The only family that had truly ever mattered to him was no dead, buried in an unmarked grave in the middle of a forest. He knew he couldn't stay in Blaine County. At least not yet. He needed a game plan, a way to ensure that no matter who crossed him moving forward he could never hurt like this again. Picking himself up, Frank turned to take one last look at where it had all started. He could hear the sirens in the distant, slowly creeping in. And as he walked away from the burning Lost MC compound, he snatched a blood soaked jacket to fight of the bitter cold of the night one last time.
It's been nearly 30 years since David's death now, and Frank still holds that wound. For the longest time, he rolled with a crew that was like family. Hell, part of it was. But now, his daughter missing, and alone once again... Frank pushes himself forward. On to the next big score. The next stepping stone. And the lights of Los Santos city look bright.
